Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders accurately for shipping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and paperwork for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
