Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Enter and update data into the company database using Microsoft Excel and internal software.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily operations and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security Number for employment verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
