Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain accurate records
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
