Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods while maintaining organized warehouse racks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on product condition and packaging integrity to prevent returns.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read product labels and packing lists.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
