Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate stock records and perform cycle counts.
- Packaging: Ensure all products are securely packaged and labeled for shipment.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Customer Service: Assist with order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
- Shift Management: Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
