Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems (WMS experience required)
- Lead and develop a team of 25+ warehouse personnel through performance coaching
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement and sales departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
