Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-10 warehouse associates with scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational waste
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain coordination
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and troubleshooting
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
