Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to meet productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance at all times
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
