Responsibilities
- Lead strategic IT planning and execution for Tampa operations
- Manage and mentor a team of 8+ IT professionals
- Oversee infrastructure, security, and cloud migration projects
- Develop and manage departmental budget ($1.5M+)
- Implement Agile methodologies for project delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years progressive IT management experience
- Certified ITIL and/or PMP required
- Proven expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Strong background in cybersecurity protocols
- Experience managing budgets >$1M
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in urgent, deadline-driven environments
