Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
