Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, stakeholders, vendors) to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and proactively address project blockers
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and executive presentations
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative innovation culture
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive IT project management experience with complex enterprise systems
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
