Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Configure and troubleshoot cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability patches
- Document IT procedures and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
