Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct system audits and optimize IT performance metrics
- Lead disaster recovery testing and incident response protocols
- Mentor junior technicians and implement training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for Cisco networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with ITIL service management frameworks
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
