Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 systems, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Diagnose and resolve system outages with minimal business disruption
- Document all IT activities using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain system security
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in urgent situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
