- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Implement network security protocols and data protection measures
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Provide user training on new systems and cybersecurity best practices
- Document technical procedures and maintain service desk metrics
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead incident response during critical outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with network administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint protection
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ITIL framework and service desk operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
