Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain Windows/OS workstations and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in technical support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure/AWS
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
