Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage local communities
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and local businesses for resource referrals
- Organize community workshops and informational sessions on available services
- Maintain accurate client records and data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with program managers to measure outreach effectiveness
- Represent the organization at local events and community meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in social work, public health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in community outreach or social services
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with El Paso's diverse neighborhoods and resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
