Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and vaccines following strict protocols
- Manage patient records using EHR systems with precision
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure clinic efficiency
- Perform vital sign assessments and basic lab tests
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification or relevant degree
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
