Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, injections, and wound care
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Handle patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- 1+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or primary care
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Nevada state license to practice
