Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals and preliminary health assessments
- Assist physicians with examinations and proceduresMaintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Administer medications and injections under supervision
- Schedule patient appointments and manage correspondence
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ohio state license in good standing
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
