Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in emergency/medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
- Participate in rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN accepted with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Flexibility for immediate start date
