Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead team training programs on customer service excellence and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state retail regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate purchasing contracts
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage
Qualifications
- 5+ years retail management experience with $2M+ annual volume
- Proven track record of increasing sales by 15%+ year-over-year
- Advanced proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 15+ associates
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
