Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic treatment plans
- Document patient data accurately using EMR systems
- Lead patient education on health management protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Participate in rapid-response emergency interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois (or reciprocity-ready)
- BSN or higher preferred (ADN with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute-care experience
- Expertise in electronic health records (Epic/Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
