Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical histories accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical patient needs
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
