Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ nursing staff across multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO, CMS, and state healthcare regulations
- Develop/implement evidence-based clinical protocols
- Coordinate patient care during high-acuity situations
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development plans
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- CA RN license with 5+ years clinical experience
- 3+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- BSN or Master's in Nursing preferred
- Experience in critical care or emergency nursing
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Epic EHR systems
