Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ nursing staff and daily unit operations
- Develop/implement patient care protocols and quality initiatives
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning
- Maintain JCAHO compliance and safety standards
- Mentor staff through performance reviews and skill development
- Manage budget/resources for departmental supplies/equipment
Qualifications
- CA RN license (required) with 5+ years clinical experience
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong EHR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
