Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations in 24-bed cardiac unit
- Implement and maintain quality standards & protocols
- Mentor 15+ nursing staff members
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO & CMS regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations & staff development
- Manage departmental budget & resource allocation
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license (required)
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Ability to work rotating weekends/holidays
