Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver mission-critical fintech applications
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for 10M+ user platform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using AWS and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and feature specifications

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring framework
