Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred)
