Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and document inventory movements accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
