- Resolve complex issues and escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer account information accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and resolution rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
