Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency and clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current AZ RN/LPN license or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic/Meditech)
- Pass background check and drug screening
