Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
