Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Organize warehouse space and ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with positive attitude
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends required)
