Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper training
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
