Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Houston facility
