Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and verify order accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Manage inventory counts and maintain precise records
- Pick/pack orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- No prior experience necessary - training provided
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
