Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on SOPs and equipment operation
- Conduct daily safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless shipping/receiving
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
