Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced emergency settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Document patient records accurately and timely using Epic EHR
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Respond effectively to critical patient situations
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with electronic health records systems
