Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced urgent care setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years urgent care or emergency department experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments
- EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
