Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Design and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect client data
- Manage cloud systems including AWS and Microsoft Azure environments
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support with cloud systems
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and training
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
