Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members for optimal productivity
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless supply chain flow
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory management and reporting
- Resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency metrics
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish bilingual preferred
