Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into existing machine learning pipelines.
- R&D Direction: Define the technical vision for autonomous systems and cognitive computing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
- Policy & Ethics: Ensure all 2026 initiatives adhere to global AI ethics and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years leading large-scale system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Quantum Knowledge: Proven experience with quantum computing concepts and quantum machine learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
