Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Organize merchandise and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and services.
- Assist in stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
