Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to the New York location.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- No prior work experience or specialized training is required.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to the New York City office.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
