Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide top-tier support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring our clients receive the assistance they need efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for clients with a focus on resolving issues during the initial contact.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, friendly, and professional technical support via phone, email, and in-person (walk-in).
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets and incidents using our CRM software to ensure accountability.
- System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance and alerting the team to potential outages.
- Client Training: Guide clients through basic software installations and updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or technical helpdesk roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to attend the walk-in interview on-site at our Dallas location.
