Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure quality service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Identification: Valid government-issued ID or driver's license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
