Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure products are organized and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and resolve issues to retain loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation is required.
