Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer inquiries about our merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale system.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Cross-train in various departments to support the team during peak hours.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies and suggest stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for walk-in interviews.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs location.
