Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Maintain a clutter-free workspace and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment and inventory systems.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
